The starting point is the hiking parking lot in Baad.

Your culinary journey begins right away with a highlight. From the starting point in Baad, you will hike together with Herbert Edlinger - a chef and expert in nature cuisine - to the Bärgunt hut. During the short ascent, you will discover the natural surroundings of the alpine area with fresh herbs, edible flowers, and much more.

Upon arrival at the Bärgunt hut, Fine Dining awaits you in an indescribable setting. The highly acclaimed Sascha Kemmerer, awarded with 4 toques and a Michelin star, the 2-toque winner Jürgen Denk, and top chef Marc Müller from Walser show that nature cuisine in Kleinwalsertal leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled. After a refreshing aperitif, the top chefs will provide enjoyment at the highest level with a varied menu that combines Fine Dining with nature cuisine, all in a breathtaking natural backdrop in the beautiful side valley of Bärgunt at 1,393 m.
