Our family roots also shape our cuisine.
The Italian grandfather Franco married the Austrian Fränzi. That was the birth of today's cuisine. A mix of Austrian and Italian cuisine awaits you at Tradizio. We attach great importance to high-quality food, most of which comes from the region.
There are eggs from Sennhof (Rankweil), mountain cheese from the dairy in Hittisau, trout from Heimertingen... For a sweet finish, we recommend our homemade Italian ice cream based on the recipe from our Sicilian grandpa Franco.
